What is the casting? Cast iron, aluminum, magnesium, zinc alloy (Zamak). It would be nice to know. Matfer Apple Peeler Slicer
true cast iron is a durable, ductile metal, long-lasting product. The other metals, aluminum, magnesium, zinc alloys, not so much.
