The F Dick fishbone pliers are not registered for an NSF certificate. Even without the NSF stamp, these pliers are widely used in commercial seafood environments and fish markets because of their build quality. If your local health department or specific company policy requires an explicit NSF certification for every hand tool on the prep line, we can obtain a European "Declaration of Compliance" (DoC) for Food Contact Materials. This document would certify the following:
