It is 18.75 inches across when you include the lengths of the handles. The Paderno Carbon Steel Paella Pan itself measures 17 3/4 inches in diameter.
What is the diameter including handles? Paderno Carbon Steel Paella Pan - 17 3/4 in.
I cook on the grill and have 18 inches to work with. So was wondering if the handles added to the diameter. Thanks.
