Knife Merchant is currently located in Alcoa, Tennessee - a small town in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains, just outside of Knoxville. We started our business in San Diego, where we operated until January of 2021. In February of 2021 we pulled up our roots and relocated our business, homes and lives to East Tennessee. It has been hard to get the word out online when so many people remember the 20+ years we served our Southern California community. We're the same team that operated the Miramar locations, we've just got a new zip code and (very) different views.
