Victorinox does not make a left-handed fish spatula. Mercer makes one in a high-heat resistant handle that is dishwasher safe. I've used one for many years and it's kind of convenient that they don't need to be hand-washed like the wood-handles. Here is the link: https://knifemerchant.com/mercer-6-in...
There was another manufacturer who made left-handed spatulas in the past with a polycarbonate (plastic) handle. We quit carrying them when they went bankrupt, but they are back in business and operating somewhere in the Pacific Northwest. I don't know if they still make them, but if you prefer a different handle design, try searching for Lamson Sharp fish spatulas.
