what is the blade thickness?
Mac Original Fillet Knife No Hole
i had an old version of this knife that had a thin blade. 0.060” at the handle and tapered to 0.020 at the tip.

The blade thickness is 2 mm. These are the same as the Mac FK-70 with the hole. We have the special ordered for a large restaurant chain who use these for Hibachi grills. Using the knife on a hot steel surface requires regular sharpening and they get a longer lifespan with these (no hole) filet knives.
