Curious to the flex on the Dexter Dextreme 10 in. Fillet Knife? Is it Stiff or Semi-flex?

I would equate this more closely to a semi-flex blade. It has a bit more flex than a Victorinox semi-flex, but not nearly as much as a flexible blade. Easy to skin with, but not so flexible that the blade deflects every time it touches a bone.
