What is the manufacturer item number stamped on knife blade?

The item number stamped on the blade is 5.6006.15. The same knife "Victorinox Rosewood 6 in. wide stiff boning knife" used to be stamped 40010 before the manufacturer implemented a new numbering system. With the new numbering system, the last two digits refer to the blade length. In this case iten number 5.6006.15, is 15 cm (6 inches) in length. The 5 inch version (12 cm) would be item number 5.6006.12.
