How do I mount this bar? I have tile in kitchen.

Good question and thank you for asking. There is a stainless steel plate on the backside and two mounting screws and instructions are included. The plate is screwed into the wall and the magnetic bar is placed over the plate. The bar itself adheres magnetically and very firmly to the base. We've uploaded a picture of the backside view to assist in visualizing the mounting operation.
